About Chef

Marcin spent most of his professional life abroad, gaining experience mainly in the UK working for 7 years in restaurants and hotels in Scotland. He represented Scotland during Escoffier competition, organized by the Cordon Blue in London.

For 2 years he cooked as a private chef for the president of Gabon.

After returning to Poland he began multiple projects in Silesia, where he is originally from. You may also remember him from Top Chef Polska.

He is a young, ambitious chef in love with traditional cooking, constantly seeking new flavors and solutions.

Brilliant halibut, parsley cream soup and risotto :-) Beautifully served. A bit too sour dumplings. New on the Katowice market, great atmosphere, delicious food and the opportunity to learn how to cook new products. Great, atmospheric decor of the place, atmosphere, preparation of the bosses. A bit too many people were at the workshops and not everyone knew what to do, but otherwise great :-)
