About Chef

Szymon became interested in cooking as a teenager. He started his adventure with professional gastronomy at the age of 18. He is a graduate of the University of Hotel Management and Gastronomy in Poznań. He gained culinary skills, among others on internships in Italy and Great Britain.

He worked as a cook or chef in the following restaurants: Pałac Wąsowo, Palazzo Belmotne (Italy), Higher Buck INN (Great Britain), Why Thai, Figa, Warto nad Wartą and Ptasie Radio.

Since autumn 2018, he has been responsible for the preparation and implementation of workshops and shows of the greatest stars of Polish cuisine. He also conducts workshops, sharing his knowledge and experience in the kitchen.

The greatest joy in the kitchen is his smile and the satisfaction of his guests with the dishes presented by him. He loves to cook for people and watch them enjoy their food. He pays a lot of attention to the dishes he prepares, he makes sure that every detail and element of the dish is prepared as he intended in its creation. Consistency is more important to him than aesthetics, so that each dish is unique, and each product is able to combine into one whole and create a certain kind of harmony.

Znakomity, profesjonalny kucharz potrafiący wywarzyć smaki, wydobyć nowe, jak również przenieść smakiem w miejsce pochodzenia dania (W moim przypadku była zupa rybna sycylijska). Bardzo ładny serwis potraw oraz profesjonalna obsługa przy stołach. Z pewnością polecam tego kucharza :)

In a word, sensational! Since we used this type of service for the first time, we wondered how Chef would fit in our kitchen. From the very beginning, all fears were dispelled and the Chef's openness meant that before he even unpacked there was something to talk about. We composed the menu ourselves, choosing dishes from several. There was no problem with that. And now the most important, i.e. the dishes. Each dish was prepared at the highest level, from appetizer to dessert. The next ones delighted with their taste and elegant serving on the right tableware. During cooking, he willingly shared his knowledge and talked about the dishes on an ongoing basis. Chef left the kitchen as he found - he washed and tidied up. We and our guests recommend Chef Wagner with a clear conscience. Szymon thanks a lot and see you at the next party :)

The party exceeded our expectations. Delicious and nicely presented food despite difficult conditions. A great openness and communication skills of a Chef who can and wants to listen. Quick reaction to emerging difficulties. Nice and very helpful waiting team. A very positive atmosphere from start to finish. The guests are delighted. Small stumbles that are completely erased :) I recommend working with Szymon with a clear conscience.

We are very pleased with the party prepared by Mr. Szymon. All the guests liked the dishes presented in a beautiful way. The portions were perfect, the taste of the dishes fantastic. Even the most demanding children were satisfied, and many adults were eager to nibble something off their plate;) Especially for vegetarians, the menu was modified by the chef. Summing up, Mr. Szymon exceeded our expectations. We are very pleased with the choice of this form of party, and our guests will also want to take advantage of the Ulala Chef's offer. Thank you!

It was the first time I used such a service and there was no disappointment. On the contrary, the Chef confirmed his skills by serving us delicious, thoughtful and full of flavors dishes, which we "devoured" with all our senses while preparing them. We smacked the menu at "10" and all the guests were delighted. We recommend Chef Szymon and we will definitely use Ulal's services again :)
