Chef Mateusz Łuczaj graduated from one of the best culinary schools in the world - Le Cordon Bleu, where he gained comprehensive knowledge about the techniques of French cuisine and the standards of haute cuisine restaurants. Mateusz believes that knowledge and hard work are the pillars of every success, which is why he uses a scientific approach in his kitchen, inspired by molecular gastronomy and people such as Heston Blumenthal or Herve This.
He expanded his culinary knowledge by traveling to many countries in Asia, Europe, Africa and America, traveling through plantations of exotic spices, vineyards and local markets with products from the farthest corners of the world.
He gained experience in working in the kitchen both in Poland and abroad, he worked, among others, in Spain and the Philippines in exclusive hotels or restaurants of chefs awarded with Michelin stars. Recently, he was a chef in the largest culinary studio in Poland, conducting workshops on world cuisines, such as Thai, Spanish, French, Singaporean and Italian cuisine.

Catering świąteczny 2021 - Wszystko było pyszne i dobrze zapakowane. Nigdy tak szybko na Wigilii nie znikały dania ze stołu :)
