About Chef

Since 2006, after completing the catering school, he gained his experience in an international environment. In Great Britain, he worked with excellent chefs at well-known restaurants (recommended by the Michelin Guide).

After returning to Poland, he worked in Warsaw at Grand Kredensie and Deco Kredensie, where he was the shift manager. When he worked as a chef at Red Baron in Świdnica, the restaurant was awarded one hat in the Gault & Millau guidebook.
After a few years, he went on a journey again, this time to Norway to study in gastronomy and discover new flavors.

A few years ago he settled in Silesia, where he opened a restaurant and food truck. He did not stay long on the spot.

He is in Norway again with frequent breaks for cooking in Poland.

He cooked his great steaks for the stars Nelly Furtado and Faithless.

His specialty is Italian cuisine, as well as fish and seafood.

Catering świąteczny 2021 - Pierwszy raz skorzystałem z cateringu świątecznego i raczej będę to już robił co roku. Każdy znalazł na stole coś dla siebie. Jedzenie przyjechało ładnie zapakowane i z niczym nie było problemu.

I think that a simple menu can be prepared in such a way that it enchants. This, unfortunately, did not impress. I am not a specialist, but everything was unaddressed ... unfinished. Salad and pasta without sauce ... risotto and dessert great ... rest average.
