He worked and have been trained with the best Chefs in Poland, also in a restaurant with * Michelin. He is a winner of many culinary competitions.
He gained experience, among others, in: Hotel Warmiński *** Olsztyn, Grand Hotel Tiffi Iława *****, Restaurant Szafarnia 10 Gdańsk, Restaurant Majolika Gdańsk, Brasserie Tu Można Marzyć by Tomasz Deker Gdańsk (head chef).
Chef has also completed many trainings and internships, such as: Modern kitchen in a competitive market, Trainer from France * Michelin; Thai Cuisine, Thai Trainer; assistance in creating the Masters Restaurant Stare Jabłonki; Internship at the Senses * Michelin Restaurant.
Radosław has participated in numerous competitions, such as: Food and Wine Noble Night 2014 (appetizer- 2nd place, main course- 1st place), Baltic Fish Festival 2016 (2nd place), Preparing Goose 2016 (2nd place), 1st Polish Championship in Preparation of Snails 2016 (1st place), Polish Championship in Cooking Cod 2017 (1st place), 2nd Polish Championship in Cooking Snails 2018 (3rd place), L'art de la cuisine martell 2019 (3rd place), Archimagirus 2019 Participant (in 3rd place), Fine dining week 2019 (1st place) Tricity Majolika Restaurant, Fine dining week 2020 (1st place) Tricity Majolika Restaurant, Archimagirus 2020 Participant (2nd place).

Chef Gieraltowski is the right person in the right place! Very professional and at the same time available, open to another person. It perfectly matched the menu for non-carnivores. The guests were delighted with the chef, atmosphere and delicious food! Prepared in every way. He gave the kitchens in perfect condition. We will definitely meet more than once :) Thank you!
