Roman is a chef with many years of experience. He graduated from the University of Hotel Management and Gastronomy in Poznań. He gained experience abroad, incl. he completed an internship in the French Alps, where after 4 months he became sous-chef and after a year he was promoted to the position of chef. Then he went to Sardinia, where he experienced the amazing adventure of catching fresh fish and seafood - he worked there as a sous-chef for a year. He returned to Poznań to climb up in gastronomy.
Roman is a finalist of many national and international competitions, such as Bocuse D'or Ukraine. He professes a culinary philosophy: "Always do what no one has ever combined or done before and finish it so that butterflies start flying in your mouth."
Roman lives with the kitchen and cannot imagine himself without kitchen and kitchen without him. He loves to cook and bring joy to people through food. He prefers the zero waste principle and combining and discovering new flavors. Roman's story is just beginning, he is training every day and gaining new experience. He wants to mix his guests' taste guests so that they remember him for a long time and want even more.
