Vittoria is a professional Italian cook.
Italtian cuisine is characterized by its simplicity, so forget about molecular dishes and finger food, and get ready to have a real Italian experience. Her innate curiosity and great passion for cooking led her to develop interest also in different types of cuisine, especially Mediterranean and South American one.
Vittoria is always looking for new ideas and experimenting with new dishes, in order to expand her knowledge and practice especially in the fields in which she has less experience.
She gained experience in: Fratelli Sacco S.A.S Genoa, Italy; Pinkie Bar in Cuneo, Italy; Burgista Bross, Shepherd’s Bush, London, UK; Bella Italia, Queensway, London, UK. She also worked as a private chef for a family.
Currently she is working in Culiinaria Italiana in Warsaw, Poland (sous chef).
